Always the best!
Our family of four look forward to returning yearly during ski season. We enjoy Whitewater and Nelson, but I believe our children would spend their entire stay at the cabin if they were allowed. Paul and Annelies are the best hosts and create a remote cabin in the woods feel while providing for all of our needs. I can only imagine how much fun this area is in the summer time while enjoying Logden Lodge!

A magical cabin retreat deep in the Kootenay!
The perfect cabin to unwind, relax and take in everything nature has to offer. Nothing beats a cozy cabin with a wood burning fire place surrounded by towering mountains all around you. Located in close vicinity to Whitewater Ski Resort, Kootenay Pass, and the Bonnington Range - it truly is an adventurers paradise. If you're looking for a unique experience with amazing hospitality and culture, then this is the perfect place for you. Visiting Logden has been become a tradition for us especially when the snow flies!

A True Piece of Secluded Paradise
When planning our Canadian Ski trip, Logden Lodge was the place we were looking forward to the most and it certainly exceeded our expectations. Each of the log cabins is nestled privately on the property so a true feeling of being remote and secluded is ensured at each cabin. Designed and built sustainably and in an eco-friendly manner was a real highlight , as is the interior design and comfort of the cabins. The wood fire, incredibly comfortable beds and the entire experience is 5 star. Don’t miss a chance to hand feed the local birds when you're there, yet another beautiful reminder of how Logden Lodge is at one with the natural environment. We found this the perfect base to access Whitewater Ski Resort and cannot wait to go back....next time for much longer than 2 nights ! Be sure to take the 10 minute trek to the lookout for a beautiful view over the valley.

Essential Magic !
Logden Lodge is a magical haven amidst stunning, rugged nature with so many great outdoor opportunities. We appreciated every thoughtful and tastefully chosen detail inside and out, from the beautiful rustic wood to the super comfortable & chic bed linens. Not to mention the abundant supply of chopped & stacked wood to help make the evenings cozy. It felt as if we steeped ourselves in another world all together. We reemerged energized and inspired. Our dog was protesting our leaving ;) The owners / hosts are very gracious and kind. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Weekend with the Girls!
We stayed at Logden Lodge in Ymir just last week, from the moment we arrived we were treated as a little pack of spoilt princess's as we explored the snow paths to the trickling river. The setting and location is absolutely lovely and a stunning backdrop for a family vacation reunion or even a winter wedding. The interior of our cabin was immaculate, not being a snow-bunny I found the space inspiring and cozy; perfect for crafting, creating and cooking aka anything and everything I could do indoors! The beds are heaven, so much so much so that before we left we had a second nap and hugged them goodbye (lucky for me we have booked Lodgen Lodge again for our next staff retreat). Thank you so much for having us Paul & Annelies, I'm counting down the days until I I return in April!

The Best!
I have stayed there for 2 occasions and have loved every stay. The cabins are amazing, well built, and private. This trip we scheduled a massage, it was amazing! Jen did a great job. Our favourite part is the wood stove in the cabin. We sit by the fire every night we are there to unwind and relax after a deep pow day. We also love to sit on the patio and listen to nature and the creek nearby. It is such a pleasure to stay at the best accommodations in the area and we will absolutely be back soon. Thank you Paul and Annelies for being the best hosts!
